- Support signal integrity, power integrity and EMC compliance work
- Prototype, bring up and characterise new hardware in the lab
- Produce design documentation to defence-sector standards
Key skills
- Schematic capture and PCB layout in Altium Designer or similar
- Analogue and digital circuit design experience
- Signal integrity and high-speed layout practice
- EMC design and pre-compliance testing
- Laboratory bring-up and fault-finding
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
Also useful
- Power electronics or RF front-end design
- Ruggedised or environmental qualification experience
- Eligibility for UK security clearance
What's on offer
- £45,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working, three days on site
- Technically demanding ruggedised hardware
- Long-term defence programmes with stable funding
